Made a system of fifty percent of revenue, obtained by State Chemists & Druggists Association, sharing among the districts wise Chemists & Druggist Association on the basis of volume of members present in each association.
Insisted Central Govt. and made effort to change existing procedure of renewal of pharmacy licence once in two years into once in 5 years. Later the same procedure came into effect and now pharmacy licence can be renewed once in 5 years.
Increased financial position soundly of Melaisivapuri Nagarathar Sangam and made a system of using the revenue gained upon the amount of Sangam, for welfare of Melaisivapuri and Nagara Kovil.
As kumbabishega committee President, he performed kumbabishegam of Melaisivapuri Nagara Sivan Kovil in a grand manner . Apart from this, he contributed his own funds Rs.12 lakhs to the temple.
As kumbabishega committee President, He constructed Perumal Kovil and performed kumbabishegam. So,a long dream of Melasivapuri Nagarathars comes true in Perumal Kovil.
As President of Pappiamma Raman Children Home, Agaram, Chennai, he collected money thru cultural programmes & other concerts and created a fixed deposit for this home. Further he donated a building constructed with his own money.
Innovations in Business : His first entry in the medical field by starting a retail medial shop in Perambur in 1970.
He expands his business in 20 whole sales and 51 retail medical shops in and around Chennai . His concern “MUTHU PHARAMACY” is the first chain of retail medical shops in India.
From 1985 onwards, His concern “MUTHU IMPORTS & EXPORTS” export allopathic medicines to various countries including USA.

As President of Muthu Pharmacy Charitale Trust, he conducted 175 Multi speciality free medical camps for the benefit of people, So far 25 lakhs people were benefited .
Conducting a free medical service camp every year at Chennai on 3 national holidays (Independence day, Republic Day & Gandhi Jayanthi ) and 24 hours service on 8 days
during Thaipoosam at Oddanchathiram for the benefits of Palani Paathayaathirai devotees for the past 25 years .
Conducting Blood donation camp every year in Christian Church on Good Friday.
For the past 15 years to the Govt.Hospitals only, Totally 4365 units Blood Donated
Donating cash awards every year to students those who score first three places in total marks, studying 10th & 12th in Chennai Corporation schools.
An amount of 2.5 lakhs is being donated every year for 200 marriages as marriage assistance.
An amount of 3 lakhs is being donated every year for 450 students as educational scholarships.
Free medical treatment, educational scholarships, marriage assistance and other benefits are rendered for the employees of Muthu Pharmacy.
Established Muthu Hospital 50 Beded in the year 2010 and offering all kinds of medical services at nominal charges in Pulianthope, Chennai.
Built Kalyani Gnanam Thirumana Mandapam in memory of his mother in Melaisivapuri and let out for marriages, by collecting Rs.2,000 /- as a nominal charges for Cleaning purpose of this mandapam.
Now open a complex at a cost of 2 crores at Melaisivapuri for Old age home, Post office, safety locker facility and Free Residential Quarters for Employees. These all purely from his own contribution.
We planted 500 plants at melaisivapuri. To pour the water we appointed 2 labours. From past one year they are doing it. For this 2017 summer we distributed 1200 stag brand umbrella. In July 2017 we distributed 10000 cloth bags in our village and nearby village to eradicate plastic usage.
By improving the status of the mangers, working in his concern to a higer level as working partners.
Goal : To open more retail pharmacy outlets in and around Chennai to a volume of 100 shops.
To make an awareness among public, using polythene bags, plastics, He wants to start a movement to eradicate the usage of polythene.
